Test and Stacy Keibler were not at Raw last night due to the blizzard that hit the east coast over the last few days, which snowed them in their Baltimore, MD home. By Sunday the storm, which dumped more than a foot of snow on many areas, shut down airports up and down the eastern seaboard. From what I was told, there is heat on the pair from the WWE office due to the fact that they didn't get out of town sooner. The feeling is that since the blizzard was forecasted days in advance, they should have left for Columbus, OH on Saturday, before the snow hit. Due to them not being there, Test's match with Chris Jericho was not mentioned on Raw last night and as it stands right now, will not take place on the PPV. The timing was even worse when you consider that the WWE wrestlers that were on the road have battled horrible weather conditions all weekend but still made their shots.

I think it will probably be dropped and instead be Chris Jericho vs Jeff Hardy. I think that is why they had Jericho do that backstage skit where he is irate that Jeff Hardy hasn't won a match in like 4 months(which is an exageration) and then pins Y2J of all people. HBK will be in Jeff's corner and I expect interference from him leading to a Y2J/HBK match at WrestleMania.
They could however still have Test in the match and make it Test/Jeff Hardy w/HBK vs Chris Jericho/Christian.
Who knows?

Earlier this morning we reported that the Test vs. Chris Jericho match had been cancelled. As it stands right now, there is talk in WWE that the match will in fact be cancelled.
You can look at it two ways. First, the No Way Out website still lists the match as taking place, but how many times has the WWE.com web staff screwed up? Way to many. Secondly, when Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler were running down the matches for No Way Out last night on RAW, there was no mention of of a Test/Jericho match.
As we reported earlier, WWE higher-up's are a little 'ticked off' that Test and Stacy didn't leave Baltimore before the snowstorm hit. The "GGW" angle had been promoted heavily throughout WWE programming all week long.

The No Way Out website still lists the match as taking place. I went to the website and they don't show it.

I'm told to expect Jeff Hardy vs. Chris Jericho to be announced on SmackDown! this Thursday for a match at Sunday's No Way Out pay-per view.
Originally, WWE was planning on going with Chris Jericho vs. Test to follow-up the injury angle involving Stacy Keibler. However, due to some heat on both Test and Stacy for missing last night's RAW, that match was scrapped.
WWE is holding off on the Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels match because they want it at WrestleMania, and the fact that Michaels, the babyface, wouldn't exactly be well-received in Montreal ('97 screwjob ring a bell?). So, WWE decided to go with Chris Jericho and Jeff Hardy based on the mini-angle they started on last night's RAW with Hardy ending his losing streak by pinning Jericho in the tag-match.

It's still strange how the poll on the Headlines area still reads: Who do you think will win at No Way Out? They must of changed that by now.

I actually think this may be a good move, since it looks like this may be Jeff's last real push with the way he has been going.. The way I see it, Jericho is a great guy to work with in terms of carrying the match for Jeff, plus having the "Has Been Kid" in your corner can't be bad.. Let's just hope Jericho doesn't smash a camera over Michaels head like he did to poor Jose Lothario all those years ago.. lol
