Raw Is WWE Number One Priority

RAW is said to have become WWE's top priority. So much that Management has begun to asked every agent and writer for their input. Vince McMahon is also spending more time in the creating process, as oppose to just signing off scripts that are presented for his approval. This lead to many worries on the SmackDown brand, they are afraid that RAW will become such a priority that they will get first crack at returning names and developmental talent.
