The following news is derived and re-written from the Torch Newsletter.
Some political forces within WWE were against the move to bring back Hulk Hogan. Many weren't pleased that Hogan basically got away with refusing to do a job to Brock Lesnar for the second time at Survivor Series back in November. All signs are pointing to a limited run for Hogan this time in WWE, as opposed to being a regular weekly television personality as he was last year. It looks as though Hulk Hogan will only be working a few matches on PPV, and appearing on television a limited amount of time. At this point, as widely documented over the past several weeks, Hogan will be having the rematch with The Rock at No Way Out, followed by a match he's wanted for a while against Vince McMahon at WrestleMania.
