Although it does not appear to be the case, should UPN pass on renewing its contract with WWE to air SmackDown!, WB is interested in picking up the show. Interestingly enough, Jamie Kellner, who was instrumental in WCW's demise, will serve as chairman and CEO of WB until 2004 when his contract expires.
