I'm a bodybuilder, and I've been living that lifestyle for almost a year now. In my opinion, it's a great way to improve your physique, health, and knowledge and give you an advantage for any sport you're involved in. I play hockey, and I eventually want to wrestle, so Bodybuilding gives me a way to improve my strength and confidence by acheiving certain goals in the gym and with my nutrition/diet. If anyone is interested in Bodybuilding or wanting to get started on lifting weights, i'm the man to ask about nutrition or excercise technique. Either reply to this thread, or PM me if you like.

Jay C-I'd be interested in asking you to critique my current workout plan. I won't go into specifics unless you're willing to do so. Briefly, though, I'm an over 40 athlete training for strength, explosive power, and sports specific(ally). Also, as I get older I find it more difficult to shed that last bit of unwanted body fat. If you're willing, I'll give more details via a PM. Let me know....thanks.

Virginiaron, i'd be more than willing to give you an in-depth critique of both your current workout plan(sets/reps/excercises for each muscle group, number of days per week you train, cardio etc) and because I know you're interested in acheiving a stronger, leaner (and meaner) physique, I ask you also put down your current diet, because all the hardcore training in the world will mean next to nothing if your diet isn't near-perfection, which I plan to help you greatly with. Send me a pm with the info, and i'll get back to you faster than lightning every time

Well with my son up all hours I find it difficult to maintain any sort of consistent weight training. However, every morning I do Tae-Bo. God bless that Billy Blanks!
