I think the best EVER wrestling game so far was WWF No Mercy for N64.
What do you think?

Out of the ones I've played I used to think No Mercy but Smackdown SYM is the best to me now. Both are good though and each one has things the other doesn't.
But Fire Pro is supposed to be the best.

I think the controls were much better for No Mercy. The gameplay was much faster.

I think the controls were much better for No Mercy. The gameplay was much faster. Controls were much better. But gameplay faster? No Mercy was very slow. It was more realistic so it was slower to me. Smackdown is Arcadey and much faster to me. |

Fire Pro Wrestling will always be the best series, as theres so many damn games out.
No Mercy was the second generation best.
Smack Down SYM has to be the greatest overall game. BUt only because of the graphics. The gameplay is a hell of a lot better then SD JBi though

Controls were much better. But gameplay faster? No Mercy was very slow. It was more realistic so it was slower to me. Smackdown is Arcadey and much faster to me. I found SYM better because it was more fast-paced. No Mercy was quiet slow, but at least matches lasted longer. I find the controls easier for SYM as well because the main reason is, I'm Left Handed, and I can't use the control stick with my left hand very well. |

Yeh im on the Smack Down Shut your mouth band wagon. I borrowed it from a mate and he never got it back for a long time.lol. Quitr fancied playing the wrestling greats game but havent heard what its like?
