Who Is (Was) the Best Heel of ALL-TIME?

I thought The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase was the best heel ever. When I was a kid I despised him. Those interviews on Saturday Morning where he'd bring audience members on stage to do stuff for money and he would sabbotage it at the end. I thought he was a B*stard for that. Getting a little kid to dribble a basketball 5 times for 10 bucks just for Ted to kick the ball away after 4 dribbles. That made me soooo mad. I hated him. Then again I was like 7 years old. ;D

That's a tough one. Jake the Snake with his "Trust Me" gimmick was pretty good. DiBiase, Earthquake, Randy Savage, and Sgt. Slaughter were all good too.

I dunno why, but I always thought Rowdy Roddy Piper was a good heel ... back in the day.
