THE SANDMAN IN TNA!
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE
Raven
d.
The Sandman
In a brutal contest that saw blood, trashcans, and plenty of chairs, Raven was able to score a pin when Low Ki pushed Sandman over the rail knocking him through a table on the floor below. S.E.X. hit the ring when Steve Corino and others appeared to take on Raven and Low Ki, but Jeff Jarrett charged in to break things up. AJ Styles closed the show by hitting a Styles Clash on Jarrett, landing on a steel chair in the ring.
X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
Kid Kash
d.
Sonny Siaki - Champion
KID KASH IS THE NEW X DIVISION CHAMPION
In a match that lived up to the hype, Kash took the fight to Siaki from the start, never backing down. On the outside, Trinity and Desire mixed it up a few times, only to be followed by outside fighting between Kash and Siaki. Kash was able to knock Siaki off the top rope as he set for a move, then follow that up off the top turnbuckle for the pin.
#1 CONTENDER X DIVISION 8 MAN MATCH
Jerry Lynn
d.
Shark Boy, SAT's, David Young, Tony Mamaluke, Jimmy Rave, & Paul London
In a wild contest, Jerry Lynn proved that his veteran ring skills can't be matched as he earned a shot at the belt he made famous: The X Division Title. After the match Konnan hit the ring and explained to Lynn that the X Division is nothing more than a Luche Libre ripoff. Jose and Joel Maximo jumped Lynn and attacked him, then left the ring with Konnan.
SIX MAN TAG MATCH
Ron Killings, Jorge Estrada & Tenacious Z
d.
Mike Sanders, BG James, & Glen Gilberti
It was NWA versus S.E.X., and it was Ron Killings getting some vindication over Mike Sanders as he got the pin. It now appears that the weeks of speculation about whose side Killings is on can be put to rest.
Steve Corino
d.
Low Ki via DQ
The King of Old School hit the Asylum tonight and found himself in a vicious match-up with Low Ki. Corino and Low Ki went back and forth, neither gaining an advantage. During one of the pinfalls, Low Ki kicked out but hit referee Scott Armstrong in the process resulting in a disqualification.
The Harris Brothers
d.
Disciples of the New Church
The Harris Brothers move up a notch in the tag teams rankings as Ron Harris gets the pin on Brian Lee. The pin came as a result of interference by Low Ki, who hit Lee with one of the title belts.
America's Most Wanted
d.
The Rock & Roll Express
The first time these teams met, it was veteran know-how that got the win, but this time things were different. Chris Harris hit A Perfect Plex on Ricky Morton for the win, then pointed at the sky in a tribute to Curt Hennig.
