The Hardys appeared in a segment on UPN News after SmackDown! last night here in the NJ/NY area. The promotion for it teased a revelation on a possible realignment of Matt & Jeff Hardy.
Both Matt and Jeff were interviewed. Matt clearly came off as more intelligent and more enthusiastic (Jeff seemed VERY out of it). Anyway, they both basically agreed that they need to stay solo for now because the Hardys have a legacy of doing amazing things as a tag-team (TLC matches, etc) but there's nothing really left to do.
The pair also said that they would probably reunite down the road, just not now as they need to work to succeed as single's wrestlers. Jeff mentioned that he now gets to do weird stuff that he enjoys and likes in real-life (example was body paint). In closing, both admitted they prefer working as heels.

Don't bring them back together! Matt is doing so well at the moment, while Jeff is just a waste of space. Matt should continue with his carrer as (a now Cruiserweight) a singles compitator.

Yeah keep them separate. Matt is doing great and Jeff maybe on his way up.
