Problems with the Streambox VCR

This is really starting to piss me off. Ok, I downloaded the VCR and now I went through all the steps and I'm at this screen where it says "Drag target file to this window or click ..." and then theres a blank where you type whatever in but I don't know what to put there. Someone please help I am desperite. Thanks

just copy the link,then go to edit on the streambox and hit paste,its that easy it will start d/ling
